Minor adjustments, such as color tweaks or small details, are included. Major changes or additional revisions may require an extra fee. Revisions must be requested during the creation process. Changes requested after delivery may incur additional charges.✦ . ⁺ . ✦ . ⁺ . ✦DEADLINES AND DELIVERYI usually finish commissions within
1–7 days, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but I will let you know if there are any delays.Final files will be sent digitally through VGen or another agreed-upon method after the remaining payment has been received.✦ . ⁺ . ✦ . ⁺ . ✦USAGE & COPYRIGHTUnless otherwise agreed, all commissioned artwork is for
personal use only.Personal use includes social media, profile pictures, avatars, personal websites, and other non-commercial purposes.Commercial use, merchandise, monetization, advertising, or other business-related use requires prior agreement and may require an additional fee.I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork.
Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork or its original files. You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell it, redistribute it, or use it commercially without my permission.I may display completed commissions on my portfolio, website, and social media unless you request privacy before the commission is completed.✦ . ⁺ . ✦ . ⁺ . ✦REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONSRefunds are only available if I am unable to complete your commission.If you cancel a commission before completion, a partial refund may be considered depending on how much work has already been completed.Once the final artwork has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.✦ . ⁺ . ✦ . ⁺ . ✦COMMUNICATIONClear communication is important. **Please provide all necessary references, information, and feedback when requested. **
